Our home experts evaluate your home based on the unique information you have given us and current area market data.
Step 3: Review your offers
Review your offers and select the option that best meets your situation. Need a flexible closing? No problem. Extended stay after closing? No problem. You decide what is best for you and your family.
Step 4: Sign your documents
We will sit down and personally go over the purchase contract with you. We are there to answer all your questions. When you're ready, simply sign.
Step 5: On-site home assessment
We perform a free home assessment for you. Need repairs? No problem. You can do them yourself or deduct the costs and we'll do the work for you.
Step 6: Flexible Closing
You decide when it's right for you within a 60 day window. We pay the agreed upon price and you get to move on with your life.
